A MOTORIST was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash this morning (Mon).

A man aged in his 50s was in a vehicle towing a caravan when it collided with a wall in Barton Road, Berrow, at about 9.30am.

He was taken to Weston General Hospital.

The road was closed for a time, but reopened at about 12.25pm following investigations.
