He said: “I am absolutely over the moon that the UK’s leading bookstore has decided to stock my first cook book.

“I am truly hoping my book will become the go-to tool for parents and grandparents everywhere who want to spend more quality time in the kitchen preparing great food together as a family.

“My mission is to help people become aware of the importance of spending time as a family around food, sourcing it, preparing it, cooking it and of course sharing it together.”

Steve will sign copies of his new cook book from 10am.
