Local craftspeople took along their best wares to sell to visitors including decorations, gifts and cards.

The St Mary’s Handbell Ringers opened the fair while children from the Brent Knoll School Choir and All Sorts Community Choir provided a beautiful soundtrack to the event by taking to the stage to perform some classic Christmas carols.

Youngsters were also entertained by designing their own Christmas craft creations and soup was served to visitors by a team of volunteers.

The Christmas fair raised £590 for the church.
