Police rescue missing woman

MULTIPLE police cars rushed to help rescue a woman who had gone missing from a health facility in Weston yesterday (Tues).
Police were made aware of a person who had gone missing at lunchtime.
The force helicopter and police officers on the ground conducted a search for the woman, who they felt might be in danger.
The woman was found about 3.15pm on the beach at Uphill and received medical treatment.
