Celebrity guest to visit Icescape on opening night

A special celebrity guest will make an appearance on the opening night of Icescape this year.

The Mercury can exclusively reveal that X Factor runner up and Dancing On Ice star Ray Quinn will be at the Tropicana on November 3.

The singer – who also plays Glen Guila in The Wedding Singer – will show off his skating skills in an exclusive performance at 6pm.

People will also have the chance to meet the man himself in a meet and greet.

Ray said: “I am excited to be joining everyone at the opening of Icescape at the Tropicana to kick off the festive celebrations.

“With the return of Dancing On Ice next year it is great to have the opportunity to be on the ice again and relive the incredible time I had on the show.”

The UK’s largest ice rink will be in Weston until January 7 and sessions will run hourly from 10am-10pm.
