A new hospitality recruitment agency has opened its headquarters in Weston-super-Mare.

AAA Recruitment has opened offices in Oldmixon Crescent and will use its new site to provide restaurants, hotels and other businesses in the tourism industry with employees using the latest technology.

The company is led by managing director Andrew Tregenza, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

He says he chose ‘iconic’ Weston due to its ‘fast-growing’ hospitality industry and is ‘committed’ to helping local people find employment.

He added: “Weston is growing fast and people are looking for the services we provide and the contacts we have when it comes to head-hunting and matching employers and employees.

“We decided to select Weston for our headquarters as it is an iconic tourist industry-orientated town, and has many fast-growing and strong hospitality companies at its backbone.”

Mr Tregenza has previously worked at top hotel chains including Kew Green, Corus and Four Pillars while he also helped recruit staff for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

AAA Recruitment offers FaceTime and Skype interviews to give the business an ‘added dimension’.

Mr Tregenza added: “We are introducing innovative methods of matching employers and employees so both parties fully understand the commitment to the role.

“We’re fairly unusual as we aim to match people’s personalities as well as skill sets.

“We also ensure the candidates understand what is expected in the role and that the position provides all the tick boxes for their individual career development.

“As a result, we provide a very personal and straightforward approach to recruitment and we use technology to help us do this.

“All of the directors and employees at AAA come from a hospitality background and understand the pressures of working in that environment.

“Bringing in technology doesn’t make our method impersonal, it in fact enhances it and gives us an added dimension.”

As well as Weston and the South West, AAA Recruitment will work across the country with vacancies in Wales and the South East.
