Red Arrows confirmed for 2018 Weston-super-Mare’s Air Festival

The most famous air display team in the country will feature at this year’s Weston-super-Mare Air Festival it has been confirmed today (Tuesday).
The Royal Air Forces’ Red Arrows will swoop into Weston on June 23-24 and showcase their spectacular display once again.
The team was one of the many who wowed crowds last year, with planes and helicopters taking to the blue skies amid sweltering hot temperatures.
The RAF Typhoon Display Team and Team Raven will also return to Weston’s skies for the two-day event.
The Armed Forces weekend will be back this year on the same weekend and it will see the Beach Lawns taken over with ground displays, stands and food stalls.
This year will be made all the more special as it will mark 100 years since World War One ended.
