A children’s charity is looking for new trustees to come forward.

Springboard Opportunity Group, which supports children from birth to five years old with additional needs and disabilities, is governed by a board of trustees.

The charity, which has a base in Stepping Stone Walk and the Bournville estate, would particularly like to take on anyone with experience in IT, accounting and legal services.

A Springboard spokesman said: “This is an opportunity to help ensure Springboard’s services continue to develop to meet local need and that the organisation remains professional, robustly governed and sustainable.”

Anyone accepted for the voluntary role will be expected to attend around five full board meetings a year and join at least one sub-committee.
