A Highbridge woman was part of a team who completed the Tough Mudder challenge, and raised more than £1,000 for charity.
Kelly Burne, who is a wellness manager at King Alfred Sports Centre, in Burnham Road, took on the gruelling course in South Gloucestershire, alongside nine others from the 1610 fitness group, which runs the centre in Highbridge.
The obstacle race is around 12 miles long and tests mental and physical stamina with more than 20 tough challenges along the way, as well as a huge amount of mud.
They completed the challenge in four hours and were raising the money for mental health charity Mind.
Three of them decided to make it even harder by wearing a 10kg vest to symbolise the extra weight people feel they carry when suffering with depression.
