SWIMMERS at Hutton Moor Leisure Centre have been making a splash for charity this week.
A total of 26 swimmers have taken part in the Big Splash Mile, in aid of Sport Relief, and a swimathon for Marie Curie Cancer Care from Friday to Sunday.
The shortest distance covered was one mile, and participants tackled lengths of up to five kilometres to raise money for the two charities.
The two events in Weston were part of a nationwide swimathon, which took in 645 pools across the UK.
