PHOTOGRAPHS, letters, posters and articles of days gone by were put on show during a village exhibition.

The Kewstoke Local History Group had more than 100 ledgers full of material and showcased the collection at the weekend.

Visitors were also able to take their own documents and memorabilia along to be copied and added to the folders.

Group member Tony Horry congratulated fellow member Sue Ryall on her research and dedication for archiving stories and information.

The history exhibition is held every four years which enables the group to build up a collection of documents and photographs which records the history of the village.
