Villagers sign up at volunteers day

VILLAGERS and voluntary groups in Congresbury displayed their contributions to the community at volunteers day on Saturday.
The event, held in the Old School Rooms in Station Road, saw about 14 organisations set out their wares, including the Community Resilience project set up by North Somerset Council.
Among the groups which benefitted from signing up new volunteers were Bluey, Weston Hospicecare and the Children’s Hospice South West.
