Although we are rapidly approaching April there has been a distinctly wintry feel to the weather, but it has made for some stunning scenery for Weston’s photographers.

Robert Phillips took a haunting picture of a windswept St Nicholas Church in Uphill during the second snow storm of the month, while Alison Moore took a stroll around a snow-covered Ashcombe Park.

Ernie Mansfield was on hand to find the perfect moment to witness the inclement weather rolling in but as the snow melted it gave way to some spectacular sunsets across the town.

Paul Calcutt visited Marine Lake to snap a gorgeous red sunset and Terry Kelly did similar with his stunning shot.

As day turned into night Paul Calcutt also captured an image of Weston’s illuminated seafront bars and restaurants, which will soon be bustling during the summer.
