A documentary about Weston’s Bournville estate will premiere on Tuesday.

Clevedon’s Curzon, in Old Church Road, will screen The Truth Behind The Chocolate Houses.

It is the outcome of a project organised by education provider Boomsatsuma and Weston Museum thanks to a £32,700 from The Heritage Lottery Fund.

A group of people aged 11-19 who live on and around the estate have created a documentary which seeks to understand what the estate was like and how it has changed.

The screening is free, doors open at 5.30pm and the film will begin at 6pm.

A free coach will leave the For All Healthy Living Centre, in Lonsdale Avenue, at 4.55pm.

The first 100 people to reserve tickets will receive complimentary ice cream.

Tickets can be reserved at lyndsay@boomsatsuma.com or on 01179 428429.
