Winscombe residents turned out in numbers to enjoy a Christmas bazaar at the community centre on Saturday.

Jean Thomas, Jill Cureton, Dee Davies and Rachel Bentley ran a raffle, while some great gifts were available at a toy stall ran by Shirley Davies, Jo Risk and Jackie Warren.

Reuben Frampton, aged 12, displayed his creative skills by selling top-quality festive wreaths, which proved a hit.

The event was organised by Winscombe Community Association, which plays a pivotal role in orchestrating many of the village’s popular events.
