A WOMAN has been charged with murder after a man’s death over the weekend.
Sharon Hodges was initially arrested after police were called to Sand Bay caravan park in Kewstoke at around 12.30am on Saturday where a badly-injured 58-year-old man was found.
He later died of his injuries at hospital, and the police have now charged the 40-year-old with his murder.
A police spokesman said Ms Hodges could not yet appear in court due to injuries she had suffered.
Police had initially reported the incident occurred in Sandy Bay caravan park in Brean.
Anyone with information is being urged to contact the police by calling 101.
