A family has signed up for a foamy fundraiser to raise money for Weston Hospicecare.

Ros Seymour and her children Leo, aged 10, and Fay, aged seven, will be taking on the 5km Bubble Rush in Burnham’s Apex Park on August 5 to support the hospice.

The Weston family wants to raise £500 for the charity, which has helped many of their friends and loved ones.

Ros said: “We’re looking forward to having a great day out with the kids, and supporting a charity that is really close to all our hearts.

“We have had many friends over the years who have been looked after by the hospice and this is a terrific opportunity to give something back.

“The children decided how much money they wanted to raise, and set our target of £500, and we hope to smash it.”

The Bubble Rush features four coloured foam stations which fundraisers can run walk or dance through. To sponsor the family, visit
