Congresbury Men have had a very successful past week with their teams winning all three of their competitive fixtures along with a friendly against West Backwell.
The winning week started on Wednesday with a win over Long Ashton in the Britannia Windows Evening League, the Weston weather offering a very wet and cold spring evening.
The Congresbury squad won 84-57, securing eight out of the possible nine league points on offer, and winning the match by 27 shots.
G Wilcock, D Norman, K Powell and R Jones were the highest scoring team for Congresbury, winning their leg 22 – 06.
The team then had to travel to North Petherton on Saturday for a match in the Somerset County League.
Congresbury were on fine form again, recording a solid 65-54 win and gaining 10 points in the table.
M Hopkins, I Beveridge, A Page, L Beck offered the most to the narrow 11-point margin after winning their game 26-12.
The team also beat Bath B 42-31 in the National 2 rink on the weekend, the squad of A Page, G Wilcock, L Beck, and C Shipway scoring highest.
In their friendly against West Backwell Congresbury outclassed their opponents to march to a 103-50 win.
