OVER 123 gymnasts from Splitz Gymnastics Club and Weston Aerobic Gymnastics Club competed in their fourth inter-club competition, hosted by Splitz at The Campus, Worle.

OVER 123 gymnasts from Splitz Gymnastics Club and Weston Aerobic Gymnastics Club competed in their fourth inter-club competition, hosted by Splitz at The Campus, Worle.

Gymnasts as young as three years up to 14 years entered. They all performed on vault, beam, springboard and floor, increasing their skills as the age groups got higher.

For some gymnasts, this was their first time competing and with an audience of over 150 parents and family, they all performed their best.

Medal winners - age three-five years – gold: Toby Baker (WAG); silver: Max Hutchinson (WAG); bronze: Amelia Sharpe (Splitz). Age six-seven years - Ellie Hayes (Splitz); Lewis Harvey (WAG); Ella Hutchinson (WAG). Age eight-nine years - Faith Campbell (WAG); Daisy Game (Splitz); Chloe Maspero (Splitz). Age 10-11 years - Tia Steele (Splitz); Bayleigh Whitehead (WAG); Megan Fairchild (Splitz). Age 12+ - Rachel Corlett (Splitz); Charlotte Grice (Splitz); Chole Mattock (Splitz). Comp Group - Rosie Bunker (Splitz); Libby Bunker (Splitz); Isidora Vucicevic (WAG).

The Challenge Cup was won by Splitz Gym Club. Many thanks to the judges and all helpers who made the day successful, and to all staff at The Campus.
