Weston Cricket Club is to run the All Star programme again this year, aimed at five to eight-year-olds.

The national launch of the All Stars cricket programme nationwide has started and Weston Cricket Club is delighted to once again be running this programme.

All Stars Cricket is an eight-week programme aimed at five to eight-year-olds that is designed as an introduction to cricket, with an emphasis on fun and enjoyable games above all else.

The sessions starts on June 1st (6-7pm) on the main ground, with fully qualified club coaches leading all the sessions in a safe, friendly environment.

Families are encouraged to attend the sessions to watch and take part if they wish - there will be refreshments available from the club bar and plenty of seating to allow everyone to relax and enjoy watching the kids enjoy their first experience of cricket.

The cost of the programme is £40, which includes personalised kit for each child, including a t-shirt, bat, ball, backpack, water bottle and activity pack.
