Race night fundraiser for Banwell & Churchill

Banwell & Churchill Cricket Club are hosting their annual race night fundraiser at the Memorial Hall in Churchill.

BANWELL & Churchill Cricket Club are hosting their annual race night fundraiser tomorrow (Friday) at the Memorial Hall, Ladymead Lane, Churchill.

More than 20 local companies have sponsored the event and the action gets underway at 7.30pm, Tickets are just £5 per person and can be purchased on the door.

This includes the evening’s entertainment as well as a ploughman’s buffet. There is a fully licensed bar, serving hot and cold beverages and this will be open from 6.30pm.

Along with the races, where you can not only bid to own your horse, as well as picking out a couple of others, there are some great prizes in the raffle and auction, including a signed Somerset CC bat, a fourball at Manor House Golf Club, Castle Combe, tickets for Somerset CC, Virgin Active day passes and meal vouchers for local restaurants.
