Pre-season friendly fixture

Wrington Redhill has arranged a pre-season friendly fixture against Tickenham.

NEWLY-promoted Wrington Redhill begin the new season with a friendly fixture against Tickenham on July 1.

The game will be played at the Hand Stadium astro pitch and will kick off at 7.45pm.

Manager Alan Smith said: “I am looking forward to the challenge of playing at the higher level in the Somerset County Premier Division this coming season and I want to make sure we are prepared for our first competitive match.

“I await the new fixture list with a great deal of optimism. I have arranged a number of pre-season fixtures and am also looking to add to my existing squad of players.
