A BIG local derby is in store when Clevedon Town, Southern League Division 1 champions, take on Clevedon United of the Western League at the Hand Stadium on Tuesday, October 3, in the first round of the Somerset Premier Cup.United's manager Andy Llewellyn commented: "This is great for us and when the draw came out, it got the biggest cheer in the room."We played them once before in this cup and got a good hiding, but we are much stronger now and more experienced at this level of football. Clevedon Town will no doubt be favourites, but who knows on the day as we will not be there to make up the numbers.United are pleased to announce they have managed to secure the services of their former Bristol City star Andy Llewellyn for another season as player-manager.Club chairman said it was good news for the club and this will stop rumours that are circulating about his future. Andy has turned the club around with no budget. They have come from the Somerset County League to the Western League where many teams have found it hard to beat them.Mr Llewellyn commented: "I've still got a job to do here and the club is still ambitious. We will be looking at finishing higher next term.
