The Seagulls’ tie with the Welsh side has been moved to November 11, a Sunday, for a 12.45pm kick off, as it will be part of the Beeb’s Final Score programme.

The show will switch between the action at the Woodspring Stadium and four other first-round fixtures.

Marc McGregor’s side made the first round proper for the first time since 2014 after beating Bath City 1-0 on Saturday, and the clash with National League outfit Wrexham promises to be a great occasion with a bumper crowd.

The last time the Seagulls reached the first round, when Doncaster Rovers visited BS24, the BBC hosted its Football Focus programme at the Woodspring Stadium.

Ticket details are yet to be announced by the club, who received £25,000 in prize money for beating the Romans and the coffers will be boosted by a further £12,500 from the FA due to the change of date and kick off time.
