Worle Juniors Under-9s were victorious at the Somerset Junior Premier League event, conceding just one goal throughout the tournament.

Both Worle Under-8 and 9 teams competed in the Somerset Junior Premier League and did their club proud both on the pitch and off it.

The Under-8s missed out on the final by one point. However, both the parents and the coaches acknowledged how brilliant the team played, their effort throughout the day and the season made helped them to some fantastic results.

Coaches James Stuart, Chris Tickle and Rob Dyer were extremely proud of the young lads.

Meanwhile, the Under-9s only conceded one goal throughout the entire tournament which meant they left the day victorious overall in their age group.

Once again, the dedication to their teammates shone through and coaches Jon Walton and Paul Taylor were immensely pleased with the way their team applied themselves.

Worle Juniors are extremely proud of the way both age groups performed in their tournaments, but also how they represented the club with their attitude and respect, for their teammates and their opponents.
