Dan Gifford wins by a knockout at Bulls on Parade Muay Thai show in Plymouth.

COMBAT Gym fighters continued their winning streak when Dan Gifford took part in the ‘Bulls on Parade’ Muay Thai show at Plymouth and won by knockout.

Gifford knocked his opponent Aeiron Ormes (Taurus Gym) down to the canvas twice with some devastating body shots and combinations in the first round. This fuelled Gifford and gave his confidence a boost.

Although, credit must go to Ormes who fought back with heart and determination until he took even more powerful leg kicks and punches from Gifford, receiving his third eight count at the end of the fourth round. The referee counted Ormes out, declaring Dan Gifford the winner.

To see some great Combat Gym and other fighters in action, the ‘Fight Showcase’ is being staged at the Winter Gardens on May 14. Tickets available at the Winter Gardens, Playhouse or Weston Tourist Information.
