SOME four weeks ago you carried a letter from Cllr David Evans, of the New Approach Party, asking the question what is happening to the Tropicana. This followed a statement by both Cllr Hockridge, and Cllr Crockford-Hawley, that agreement with Henry Boot the developer had now been reached.
