WESTON’S Playhouse theatre will host an evening of side-splitting comedy in July.
Four performers from the UK’s comedy club circuit will take to the stage as part of Live At The Playhouse.
Ben Norris, cousin of The Hobbit actor Martin Freeman, has supported Ed Byrne on tour.
He has also appeared on BBC 2’s panel shows Never Mind The Buzzcocks and Mock The Week and his act includes improvisation.
Pete Dobbing is a former street performer and will compere the show at The Playhouse.
He is known for his lightning-quick audience interaction and gags.
Guitar-wielding satirist Pierre Hollins will combine songs and astute observations during his act.
And Welsh comic Noel James delivers puns and bizarre flights of fancy in his unique manner.
Live At The Playhouse will take place on July 4 at 8pm.
Tickets, priced £12 in advance or £14 on the door, are available from the box office on 01934 645544 or online at www.theplayhouse.co.uk
The Mercury has teamed up with The Playhouse to offer three lucky readers a pair of tickets to the show.
