Jimmy Carr - Terribly Funny tour.

One of TV’s best-loved celebrity comedians will return to the West Country with brand new jokes, anecdotes and innuendos.

Jimmy Carr has become a household name for his presenting skills in 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Big Fat Quiz Of The Year and Your Face Or Mine as well as his many stand-up tours.

The cackling comedy maestro has now announced his brand new show containing jokes about all kinds of terrible things.

Terribly Funny sees Jimmy walk the tightrope of political correctness as he discusses topics which may have you coughing up your popcorn.

The jokes in this new tour are the sort of horrendous, unspeakable things which might have affected you, your family or your dearest friends.

The show will once again yield witty comebacks, dirty one-liners which will reduce countless audiences to tears of laughter.

Jimmy’s shows are not for the faint-hearted or the easily-offended so make sure to take a sense of humour with you for this fantastic evening of comedy.

The London-born comedian rose to fame in 2000 and has become hot property in the comedy industry.

He has also been handed awards for his work, including three LAFTA Awards, a Royal Television Society Award, a British Comedy Award and two nominations for Rose D’Or Awards. He has performed 10 sell-out tours and played more than 2,500 shows to more than 2.5 million people.

Nothing is off limits in this show as some of the most taboo topics are given a comical silver lining by the serial tourer, who is well know for regularly announcing back-to-back tours with a schedule to boot.

Jimmy Carr – Terribly Funny will be at The Playhouse Theatre on May 23 next year at 8pm.

He will also be at the Bristol Hippodrome on July 13, 2020 at 8pm.

Tickets for the Weston show, priced £32.50, are available from www.theplayhouse.co.uk or from 01934 6 45544.

For tickets to the Bristol performance, priced £33.65, call 08448 713012 or visit www.atgtickets.com/shows/jimmy-carr-terribly-funny
