Jim Davidson will perform in Weston in July

Jim Davidson will be ‘telling it like it is’ at The Playhouse later this month on his current UK tour.

The London-born comedian promises a show that will be ‘as outrageous and as truthful as ever’ and ‘the antidote to this PC world we now live in’.

Critics have lauded Jim Davidson Live! as ‘a triumph’ boasting ‘standing ovations to packed houses every night’, while Davidson himself has been heralded as ‘a master of his art’ who ‘hits the spot again and again’ with ‘a rare brand of honesty’.

The Daily Express, who gave the show five out of five stars, said in a recent review: “Boy does Jim know how to deliver his gospel and the audience could have stayed all night.”

Jim was awarded an MBE in 2001 and was a 1990s television mainstay, hosting snooker gameshow Big Break as well becoming the fourth presenter of the BBC’s The Generation Game.

He will perform at The Playhouse in Weston High Street on July 29 at 7.30pm.

Tickets are available for adults only and are priced at £24.50 from the box office on 01934 645544, or online at
