Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson are two of the stars of one of the latest American blockbusters The Hitman’s Bodyguard – and you could watch the film for free at Weston’s Odeon with our competition.

The film – which is released on Friday – is an action comedy and follows the story of a bodyguard who is hired to protect a hitman who has to testify at the International Court of Justice.

Jackson stars as one of the world’s most notorious hitmen and Reynolds stars as the special protection agent whose job is take him from the United Kingdom to the court, without harm.

But as you can imagine, things are not that simple and there are numerous high-speed car chases, boat escapes and altercations with evil assassins along the way.

They may not want to, but they are forced to work together in order to bring down Eastern European dictator Vladislav Dukhovich, who is played by legendary actor Gary Oldman.

Not only are they against the world, it seems, but the pair are against the clock and they must put their differences aside in order to get to the trial on time and ensure justice is done.

Salma Hayek also stars and the film has been directed by Patrick Hughes, who is the man behind Signs and The Expendables 3.

The Mercury has teamed up with the Odeon to offer three lucky readers a pair of free tickets to see the film.
