July 15: IN DREAMS. A spectacular celebration featuring accurate tributes to musical icons Roy Orbison, The Everly Brothers and Buddy Holly, all brought together to play alongside live band The Rockets.
July 20-23: OLIVER! Don’t miss this unmissable BSP Arts production of Lional Bart’s epic musical, featuring Arthur Byrne, a finalist in the TV search for an Oliver, as the Artful Dodger and Luke Harper in the title role.
July 27: BOB THE BUILDER. The Fixham Theatre is set for a grand re-opening. Local talent Dickie Oliver needs Bob’s help to fix the stage ready for his brand new musical. But when Spud decides that he wants to be the star of the show, the job doesn’t exactly go according to plan.
July 28: THE SEARCHERS. In a remarkable career now spanning five decades, The Searchers have contributed enormously in establishing the UK as the world’s leading nation in the music industry. Combined with anecdotes and reminiscences, this fully self-contained concert includes all of their famous hits plus album tracks, B-sides and
collector favourites.
July 29: WEST END GOES BALLROOM. Two of the nation’s favourite entertainment genres, the magic of the musicals and the passion of the ballroom, brought together in one exciting show. Enjoy the hits from the world’s most popular musicals performed by six West End singers as you marvel at a selection of jaw-dropping ballroom dances.
July 30: JOE PASQUALE. One of Britain’s favourite entertainers brings his latest chaotic stage show to town as part of his Pull My Finger Tour.
July 31: ROLL OUT THE BARREL. For over 10 years this hugely popular and uplifting show has been delighting audiences all over the UK with a wonderful mix of music and memories. It’s a feast of non-stop nostalgia featuring over 65 songs that you know and love.
Aug 3: AND FINALLY...PHIL COLLINS. Stars In Their Eyes finalist Pete Bultitude performs the ‘serious hits’ of Phil Collins backed by a 10-piece band and singers.
Aug 4: NEVER LET ME GO (film). Unsettling romantic drama partly filmed in the West Country, including Weston and Clevedon. It stars Keira Knightley, Carey Mulligan and Andrew Garfield.
Aug 5: THE BOOTLEG SHADOWS. For anyone who loves the sound of the 60’s, and enjoys a few laughs on the way, The Bootleg Shadows perform a unique tribute that has audiences humming the tunes long after they have left the theatre.
Aug 10-13: FAME - THE MUSICAL. Set in New York City’s celebrated High School of Performing Arts, this is the bittersweet but ultimately inspiring story of a diverse group of students committed to four years of gruelling artistic and acedemic work. This version features around 200 local performers.
Aug 17: GLENN MILLER ORCHESTRA. Relive the spirit of the 1940s as Ray McVay leads the official Glenn Miller Orchestra, vocal group The Moonlight Serenaders and the Uptown Hall gang on a fantastic trip down memory lane.

Until July 16: MIDNIGHT TANGO. Strictly Come Dancing stars Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace unveil their own live show. Set in a late night bar in downtown Buenos Aires and featuring some of the world’s finest Tango dancers, prepare for a journey into the heart of the intoxicating city. Watch as danger and excitement, joy and jealousy, pain and passion all combine in a spectacular and explosive evening.
July 19-Aug 6. LEGALLY BLONDE - THE MUSICAL. Based on the hit movie starring Reese Witherspoon, this critically acclaimed new musical follows the adventures of college sweetheart and homecoming queen Elle Woods, who doesn’t take no for an answer. So when her boyfriend, Warner, dumps her for someone serious, Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books, and heads for Harvard Law School.
July 24: The DRIFTERS. As one of the biggest selling bands of all time, The Drifters have collated a huge catalogue of over 50 hits, selling in excess of 214 million singles and 114 million albums across the world. This energetic show features the only legitimate Drifters line-up in the world, performing timeless classics and material from their new album, Five Decades and Moore.
Aug 12: ROY CHUBBY BROWN. Get ready for a barn-storming night of jokes, banter and hilarious mickey-taking from Britain’s most outrageous comedian.
Aug 13: SUPER TROUPER. A special concert presentation celebrating the music of ABBA in a respectful and enjoyable way, reviving special memories of when the Swedish supergroup ruled the airwaves.
Aug 14: ONE NIGHT AT THE PROMS. The UK’s finest musicians and singers from Covent Garden perform a very special two-hour concert including all the stirring and uplifting national musical favourites.

Until Aug 13: HENRY IV PART 1. Presented by The Peter Hall Company, Henry IV encompasses the entire panorama of English life and boasts a host of huge personalities. In Part 1, Prince Hal idles away his time in the Boar’s Head Tavern in the company of Falstaff and his cronies, to the despair of his father, the King. On the other side of the country, Henry Percy and his son Hotspur, are spearheading a plot to usurp the throne. The play ends on the battlefields, where all face death and it looks as if Falstaff has met his maker.
Until Aug 12: HENRY IV PART 2. By the start of Part 2, Falstaff, resurrected as an army captain, is attempting to recruit a regiment from the dregs of society. The transition of Prince Hal from wastrel to heir apparent begins, and on his father’s deathbed he promises redemption. In a devastating finale, Falstaff, greeting his old friend the new monarch, is rejected.
July 19-Aug 13. THIS HAPPY BREED. The Peter Hall Company presents Noël Coward’s compelling drama, set in the years between the wars. Focussing on one ordinary family, the Gibbons, he follows their joys and heartaches from the day they move into a comfortable suburban home in Clapham in 1919 to the day they move out again, 20 years later.
