A concert will celebrate the greatest hits by some of the world’s foremost songwriters – The Bee Gees.

Singers will aim to create an authentic show going through four decades of non-stop hits by the Gibb brothers, Barry, Maurice and Robin.

The music starts with New York Mining Disaster 1941, which was recorded in the early 1960s, and Massachusetts, their first British number one.

The hits continue with the 1970s classics Stayin’ Alive, Jive Talking and Saturday Night Fever. The show also includes best-selling hits written for some of the world’s top artists.

The Brothers Gibb show will be the The Playhouse, in High Street, on Saturday at 7.30pm.

Tickets, priced £24, are available from 01934 645544 or
