Lighthouse Family

A POPULAR band that reached its heights in the 1990s will take to the stage in Bristol in March.

Lighthouse Family has announced its first major tour in seven years, where it will be playing all its hits.

Vocalist Tunde Baiyewu and keyboard player Paul Tucker formed the group in 1993 Newcastle after meeting while studying at university.

The 1995 debut album Ocean Drive sold more than 1.8 million copies (six times platinum) in the UK alone.

In a stellar run, following Ocean Drive with Postcards From Heaven and Whatever Gets You Through The Day, the group sold more than 10 million records worldwide.

Lighthouse Family had numerous top 10 singles including Lifted, Ocean Drive, High and Raincloud.

Having recently pursued individual projects Paul and Tunde are back together and are excited to be playing at the Colston Hall on March 12.

Tickets are available from 0117 922 3686.
