BRISTOL’S Louisiana will rock to the sound of Arcane Roots tonight (Fri), when the Kingston Upon Thames outfit stop by during a national tour.

Though relative newcomers on Britain’s music scene, they are already collecting sterling reviews as a result of their eclectic style and influences.

However, their frenetic live show – of which a highlight is the much-lauded vocal talents of frontman Andrew Groves – is earning them a loyal following.

Fresh from a headline slot at the Kerrang awards show last month, and with festival slots booked and a new album on the way, Arcane Roots are a band on the up.

The concert begins at 7.30pm, and tickets – priced at £6 – are available from www.gigsandtours.com
