A work-out which feels more like a night out is being held at the Tropicana in Weston-super-Mare.

Sweet Result Fitness is hosting Clubbercise where fitness and clubbing meet.

People can burn around 600 calories while enjoying dance tracks without the hangover.

A spokesman from Sweet Result Fitness said: “You don’t need to be a dancer – Clubbercise is a great fun regardless of your dance skills or fitness level.

“It’s perfect for beginners with plenty of low impact options and it’s also great for fitness freaks who keep coming back for the glow and the club anthems.”

Clubbercise will be held at the Tropicana, in Marine Parade, on September 28 at 7.30pm. Tickets, priced £8, can be booked at
