A popular Liverpudlian indie three-piece band will perform in Bristol next week.

The Wombats will be at The O2 Academy in Frogmore Street at 7pm on Wednesday night.

The band will play tracks from their new album Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life as well as hits
from their previous three releases, A Guide To Love, Loss And Desperation,
This Modern Glitch and Glitterbug.

Recent singles Lemon To A Knife Fight and Cheetah Tongue are sure to get an outing alongside some of the hits which established The Wombats as a firm favourite among the mid-noughties indie fraternity, including Moving To New York, Kill The Director and Let’s Dance To Joy Division.

The band’s popularity shows no sign of waning as they have recently played two sold-out shows at the Sydney Opera House.

Tickets, priced £24.15, are available here.
