VANT flew on to the scene in 2014 and signed to Parlophone Records the following year.

The group have been on the rise ever since, securing performances at some of the UK’s biggest festivals, including Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds, as well as supporting A-list bands Biffy Clyro and Catfish And The Bottlemen.

The quartet was originally formed by frontman Mattie Vant, who has since been joined by bassist Billy Morris, guitarist Henry Eastham and drummer David Green.

VANT address major political issues in their music, seeking inspiration from wars, global conflicts and global warming.

VANT will be at the Thekla, in The Grove, Bristol, at 7pm on March 8.
