A production telling the story of one of the most successful country duos of all time, The Everly Brothers, is coming to Weston-super-Mare, and two pairs of tickets are up for grabs.

Walk Right Back will be performed at the Playhouse Theatre, in High Street, on May 11 at 7.30pm.

From the Producers of That’ll Be The Day and direct from the West End, Walk Right Back will feature hits such as Bye Bye Love, All I Have To Do Is Dream and Cathy’s Clown.

This unique musical entwines the wonderful, sad yet glorious story of The Everly Brothers.

Follow their rise from humble country beginnings to becoming the biggest country duo the world had ever seen, then their inevitable split and decade-long feud, to the magnificent reunion which gave them back to the world, and back to each other.

With harmonies which influenced The Beatles, The Beach Boys and Simon And Garfunkel, The Everly Brothers were unmatched in their talent.

International Everly Brothers fan club favourites, Luke and Aaron Wilson play the duo.

Producer, Ollie Gray, said: “Casting was a big challenge as we felt it a must to have relatives playing Don and Phil, but after a long search we spotted two young brothers who were already honing their own tribute to the Everly Brothers.

“We were struck not only by their vocal blend but also their uncanny resemblance to Don and Phil Everly.”

West End performer Peter John Jackson will direct the show.

Tickets, priced £23, can be purchased from www.parkwoodtheatres.co.uk or 01934 645544.

The Mercury has teamed up with the Playhouse to offer two lucky readers a pair of tickets each to the show.
