Daz Rocks

An evening of live music will take place on the Grand Pier early next month when Daz’s Rock 4 Charity event returns.

A range of 1970s and 1980s hit will fill the Weston-super-Mare pier’s grand hall as Daz is joined by Weston band Racey – who will perform songs such as Some Girls, Lay Your Love On Me and Runaround Sue – Supersonic, Dreamscape and a host of other artists.

There will be food and drink on offer, as well as an electric party atmosphere during the show and at the after-party.

The event is raising money for Horseworld Discovery, a charity which gives young people who struggle with their emotions the chance to build relationships with horses and build on their communication skills.

Daz’s Rock 4 Charity featuring Racey will return to the pier on March 3. Doors will open at 7.30pm and the show will begin at 8.30pm.

Tickets, priced £10 in advance, are available via www.grandpier.co.uk or will cost £12 on the door.

Any under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
