AN AWARD-WINNING Michael Jackson tribute act will soon bring his talents to Weston – and you could win tickets to experience the show in person.

Forever Jackson promises to be the ultimate tribute to the King of Pop, who achieved worldwide fame both as part of the Jackson Five and as a hugely successful solo artist.

The show, which features Robin Parsons, won the accolade of being the country’s best Michael Jackson act at the 2013 UK National Tribute Awards.

A spokesman for The Playhouse, where the show will take place, said: “Robin Parsons pays true homage to the late, great Michael Jackson, replicating the distinctive tones and mirroring those infamous dance moves down to meticulous detail.

“This truly is a show for everyone.”

Forever Jackson features a full production alongside some skilled choreography, stunning special effects and a fine ensemble of musicians.

It includes all of Jackson’s best-known hits, such as the Jackson Five’s Can You Feel It and solo classics Billie Jean, Bad, Thriller and Beat It, and others.

Forever Jackson will be at The Playhouse, in High Street, on August 28 at 7.30pm. Tickets, priced £19.50-20.50, are available from the box office on 01934 645544 or online here.

* The Mercury has teamed up with The Playhouse to offer three lucky readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to the show.
