THE Blakehay Actors Company is busy rehearsing for its next production Urban Suburban.

The evening of two one-act comedies takes place at the Wadham Street theatre on June 8 and 9 at 7.30pm.

Towpath, written and directed by Weston man Robert Iles, features the story of four women on the banks of an urban canal, each of whom has a story to tell – a play that reveals the comedy in human interaction when unlikely paths cross.

Tickets, priced £7.50 which includes a glass of wine, are available from the box office on 01934 645493.
