Fresh from a sold-out theatre tour in Ireland, The Bootleg Beach Boys will soon be performing at Weston-super-Mare’s Playhouse.

The classic hits and cult favourites from California’s most famous band, The Beach Boys, will be brought to life in Weston this weekend.

The band will tackle classics such as In My Room, God Only Knows, Good Vibrations and Help Me Rhonda in their hit-heavy set, but they will also play homage to the genius of the band’s leader, Brian Wilson, in the form of selections from later albums such as the much-lauded Pet Sounds and cult favourites from the legendary Smile album.

The show boasts an impressive blend of five vocalists performing sun-soaked, surf-themed gems which will make for a memorable night to celebrate some of the finest music committed to tape during four decades.

The Bootleg Beach Boys will be at The Playhouse in High Street on Saturday.

The show will begin at 7.30pm and tickets, priced £20.50, are available via 01934 645544 or online via www.theplayhouse.co.uk
