An award-winning magician is set to perform at a theatre in Bath next week.

The Ustinov Studio at the Theatre Royal, in Sawclose, will host acclaimed magic star Vincent Gambini for This Is Not A Magic Show on January 13-14 at 8pm.

The Brighton-based magician packed his cards and cape away in his basement for 15 years, but he has dusted them down and is set to dazzle on stage.

The shows – which are an amalgamation of lectures and sleight of hand magic – are set to leave you questioning what is happening before your eyes.

Gambini combines mind-bending magic with a sense of theatre and performance developed through a dabble into theatre writing which is certain to deceive those in attendance.

Tickets, priced £10-14, are available from 01225 448844, or online via www.theatreroyal.org.uk/
