FILLED with family favourite songs and young talent – as well as a four-legged star – Annie will be staged in Weston next month.

The Chelis Theatre Company will tell the story of the little girl who lives in a New York orphanage run by the terrible Miss Hannigan.

When she captures the heart of multi-millionaire, Mr Warbucks, he tries to help her find her real parents.

The show will be staged at The Playhouse on March 5, with performances at 3pm and 7pm.

After a search for Sandy, Annie’s dog, the group found Bertie, a well-trained labrador belonging to one of their youngest orphans Jessica Milford and he is sure to steal the show.
