Save the last dance

The final casting for Save The Last Dance For Me, which will be arriving in Weston-super-Mare in August, has been completed.

The show, which takes audiences through the music and magic of the early 1960s, will star Blue singer Antony Costa in the lead role.

Lola Saunders, who was a finalist on the X Factor in 2014, has now also been announced.

The story follows two sisters who go on holiday without their parents for the first time.

They meet a young American, who invites them to a dance at a US Air Force Base.

But young love is never as simple as it sounds.

Save The Last Dance For Me will be at The Playhouse on August 15-20 at 7.30pm. There will also be a 2.30pm matinee on August 17 and 20.

Tickets, priced £28 for the matinees, £31 for the evening shows on August 15-18 or £32.50 on August 19-20, are available by calling 01934 645544 or online at
