Internationally renowned Queen tribute act, The Bohemians, will soon take centre stage at Weston’s Playhouse and the Mercury are giving you a chance to be there for free.

The Bohemians are set to take audiences back to the 1970s, 80s and early 90s with a comprehensive re-enactment of Queen’s greatest hits including Killer Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Show Must Go On and many more.

The group got together in 1996 and have since performed all over the UK, Europe and across the world to pay tribute to one of the world’s most popular and iconic rock acts of all time.

The Bohemians have performed concerts at festivals, football stadiums and theatres which saw them perform to over 25,000 people when touring in 2006.

Iconic rock band Queen began touring in 1973 when their debut album was released, and over their musical career gained eight gold and six platinum records.

The bands top-40 hits included Crazy Little Thing Called Love which topped the charts in 1979, and Another One Bites the Dust in 1980.

Queen were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001 with the band making a resurgence in 2005.

The group renamed themselves Queen + Paul Rogers featuring the former lead singer of Free and Bad Company.

The Bohemians will be at The Playhouse in High Street at 7.30pm on June 24.

Tickets, priced £24, are available from www.parkwoodtheatres.co.uk or 01934 645544.

The Mercury has teamed up with The Playhouse to offer one lucky reader a pair of tickets to the show.
