A workout combining boxing and kick-boxing is heading to Weston-super-Mare, and people can win tickets to try the first class for free.

The FaghtKlub workout is set to music, and is good for cardio fitness and weight loss. The session will be led by master trainer Marlon.

It will take place at Haywood Village Academy, in Whitney Crescent, Haywood Village, on October 8 at 11.30am. Visit www.sweetresultfitness.co.uk to book a place.

The Mercury has teamed up with Sweet Result Fitness to offer two pairs of tickets.
