SET against the backdrop of Times Square, the story of one girl’s struggle to become a Broadway star will take to the stage in Weston next month.

Ella arrives on Broadway scared, but determined, and she worked her way to the top.

But that single mindedness cost her the love of her life and left her ill-prepared for the true cost of success.

Back To Broadway is one woman’s story about life and priorities, but it is a timeless theme that is shared by many.

Featuring the cream of the country’s singers and dancers drawn from the West End, National Opera and major UK touring productions, this colourful production will transport you to the magical world of musical theatre.

The show offers the very best of Broadway and West End with its dazzling costumes, spectacular lighting and captivating performances of song and dance.

With fantastic renditions of the world’s favourite musicals, including songs from Les Miserables, Chicago, Phantom of the Opera, Mamma Mia, Fame, West Side Story, Dirty Dancing, Footloose and Lion King, Back to Broadway will take your breath away.

Back to Broadway was formed in 2007, initially to raise funds for Devon-based cancer charity Force.

Since then, many changes have been made, developing the show into an exciting new musical in its own right, linking songs from some of the world’s best-loved musicals.

Back to Broadway has also established itself as a major player in the world of corporate entertainment, performing at exclusive events in the UK, Mexico and Paris, as well as prestigious wedding venues and major charity events.

The show will be staged at The Playhouse in Weston on September 8 at 7.30pm.

Tickets, priced at £17-18.50, are available on 01934 645544 or online at www.theplayhouse.co.uk
