A TRIBUTE to the Fab Four will take to the stage in Weston on June 15.

The Upbeat Beatles are set to take the audience by storm when they perform at The Playhouse.

A premier tribute band, they have been the best in the business at recreating the excitement, raw energy and authentic sound of the original Fab Four since forming in 1997.

Now the talented foursome will showcase their powerhouse vocals and close harmonies live on stage in Weston.

Audiences can relive the sounds and excitement of the 1960s, in what has been described as ‘a night you’ll never forget.’

John Wilson, who performs as Paul McCartney, featured alongside Ringo Starr in Willy and the Poor Boys and has written music for Sir Cliff Richard and Bill Wyman when he was a member of the Average White Band.

Joining John on stage will be Roger Channing (John Lennon), Colin Yates (George Harrison) and Paul Jarrett (Ringo Starr).

Roger is the former lead singer with international band Hot stuff, Colin has been described as the ‘best George’ in the business and Paul is one of the very few singing Ringos with a rockin’ voice.

The Upbeat Beatles are in constant demand and their hard-earned reputation for authenticity and attention to detail has taken them around the world over the past 12 years.

They are now recognised as a premier Beatles tribute band with performances conducted for the Jordanian Royal Family, the Hollywood actor Michael Douglas and the Prime Minister of China.

Most recently the fab four have performed at Mansion House for the Lord Mayor of London.

Tickets, priced £15-15.50, are available on 01934 645544 or online at www.theplayhouse.co.uk

The Mercury has teamed up with The Playhouse to offer three lucky readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to the show.
